Tackling transparency: An examination of the state audit report of the Vineyard Redevelopment Agency
The Office of the Utah State Auditor released its findings last week from the limited review audit it conducted of Vineyard City and its redevelopment agency. The audit examined some of the entities' financial transactions and contractual agreements and announced three findings of noncompliance or mismanagement.
