Hearing on defense's motion to disqualify Utah County Attorney's Office in Tyler Robinson case resumes
A hearing to consider a motion from Tyler Robinson's defense to disqualify the Utah County Attorney's Office from prosecuting the case was completed in Provo's 4th District Court on Tuesday, and a ruling will be made by Judge Tony F. Graf. on Feb. 24. Robinson, 22, of Washington, Utah, faces seven criminal charges, including aggravated murder, after he allegedly shot and killed conservative activist Charlie Kirk at a Sept. 10 event at Utah Valley University in Orem.
