Kirk family files notice of claim against UVU over Charlie Kirk's death
The Kirk family filed a notice of claim against Utah Valley University and other entities last week, citing "stunning failures" and "reckless decisions" that the family says led to Charlie Kirk's assassination. The notice was filed on Sept. 9, nearly a year after Charlie Kirk was shot and killed during a Sept. 10, 2025, speaking event on UVU's campus.
