The summer is quickly heating up, and so is this season’s concert lineup, with top artists making their way to venues across the state. Whether you’re a little bit country, a whole lot of rock and roll or anywhere between on the spectrum, there’s sure to be a concert for you. Here are our top 10 picks!

Santana with the Doobie Brothers – July 2
The Grammy Award-winning band Santana is on tour this summer celebrating the 20th anniversary of “Supernatural” with special guests The Doobie Brothers.
The tour will make a stop at USANA Amphitheatre, 5150 Upper Ridge Road in West Valley City, July 2 for a rain or shine event set to kick off at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $46.50 with more details here.
Keith Urban – July 4
America’s Freedom Festival at Provo is set to play host to one of country music’s biggest superstars at this year’s Stadium of Fire event.
The Independence Day celebration is set for July 4 at 8 p.m. at LaVell Edwards Stadium, 1700 N. Canyon Road in Provo, and will feature headliner Keith Urban, followed by the biggest stadium fireworks show in the country. Tickets to the festivities range from $35 to $250 with more information here.
Home Free – July 5-6
Though they’ve been around for a couple decades now, acclaimed a cappella group Home Free really struck it big after winning NBC’s “The Sing-Off,” bringing their unique vocal stylings to an international audience.
The band has been to Utah a handful of times now, and will repeat the trip this month with a July 5 show at 7 p.m. at the Sevier Valley Center, 800 W. 200 South in Richfield, and July 6 show at 8 p.m. at the Sandy Amphitheater, 1245 E. 9400 South in Sandy. The Avett Brothers – July 9
The Avett Brothers will bring their folk rock stylings to the USANA Amphitheatre, 5150 Upper Ridge Road in West Valley City, July 9 at 7:30 p.m. for a show featuring special guests Lake Street Drive. Tickets to the concert start at $30, with more information here.
Ariana Grande – July 13
Due to a headlining appearance at Coachella, Ariana Grande’s tour stop in Salt Lake City set for April 22 was rescheduled for July 13, featuring special guests Normani and Social House.

Pat Benatar, Neil Giraldo and Melissa Etheridge – July 16
Music icons and GRAMMY Award-winners Pat Benatar, Neil Giraldo and Melissa Etheridge will all hit the stage of the Sandy Amphitheater, 1245 E. 9400 South in Sandy, July 16 for a 6:30 p.m. show featuring two full 90 minute sets of music.

Shawn Mendes – July 16
Shawn Mendes’ The Tour will come to Vivint Smart Home Arena, 301 S. Temple in Salt Lake City, July 16 with special guest Alessia Cara. The stop is in support of his self-titled third album, with tickets currently starting at $66.50 each. For more details on the show, follow this link.
Brit Floyd – July 17
Brit Floyd, known as the world’s greatest Pink Floyd tribute show, will return to the stage with a 40th anniversary celebration of Pink Floyd’s iconic rock opera: “The Wall.”
The show will feature highlights from “The Wall,” as well as top hits from other classic albums orchestrated to a stunning light show. The show is set for July 17 at 8 p.m. at the Maverik Center, 3200 Decker Lake Drive in West Valley City, with tickets priced $30-$86 and more details here.
Shinedown – July 18
Shinedown is on the road in support of their latest album, “ATTENTION, ATTENTION,” and will be making a stop July 18 at USANA Amphitheatre, 5150 Upper Ridge Road in West Valley City.
