The Utah County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Brock Wheeler, last known to live in Pleasant Grove, for one warrant for his arrest.

Police reports state that on July 29, 2012, Wheeler, 21, and a friend decided to throw a Molotov cocktail into a vacant home in Orem. To get the fire “burning well,” the report states, the two added some wood and weeds to the house. The fire reportedly was burning well before it was put out; more than $5,000 in property damage was done. Wheeler and his friend also stole an air conditioner from the home, according to police.

Police later responded to the scene of the fire as the blaze appeared to be deliberately lit. They reportedly then found Wheeler and his friend, who admitted they started the fire and took the air conditioner to their house to use.

Wheeler was booked into the Utah County Jail upon being found, and was in custody until April 2013. He then failed to appear in court and a warrant was reportedly issued. He was booked back into the jail about two months later, but after failing to appear in court again two months later, another warrant was reportedly submitted for his arrest.

He was booked again in October 2013 and had no issues with the court for more than a year. But on Oct. 7, 2014, Wheeler reportedly failed once again to appear in court. He’s been wanted ever since.

Wheeler has been described as being 6-foot-4 and weighing 185 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.

He currently has one warrant for his arrest for arson, a second-degree felony, and for criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor.

Strong is last known to live in the Orem area. He has one warrant out for his arrest for one count of theft, a third-degree felony.

Strong reportedly stole from Kohl’s in February 2010 and broke his probation in October 2010. He’s been wanted ever since.

Mercedes Talavera

• Height: 5’2″
• Weight: 135 pounds
• Eyes: Green
• Hair: Black

Talavera was last known to live in the Orem area. She currently has one warrant for her arrest for one count of communications fraud, a second-degree felony.

Talavera reportedly committed the crime in August 2005, and in January 2006 she failed to appear in court and a warrant for her arrest was issued. She’s been wanted ever since.

• Eyes: Hazel
• Hair: Brown

Cunningham was last known to live in the Provo area. There are three warrants out for his arrest.

The first warrant is for one count of retail theft, a third-degree felony, one count of reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor, one count of use of psychotoxic chemicals, a class B misdemeanor, and one count of manufacturing burglary tools, a class B misdemeanor.

The second warrant is for one count of possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, one count of use of drug paraphernalia, a class B misdemeanor, and one count of retail theft, a class B misdemeanor.

The final warrant is for one count of operating a vehicle without insurance, a class B misdemeanor, one count of failure to appear on a citation, a class B misdemeanor, and one count of not having a valid license, a class C misdemeanor.

Cunningham has had these warrants out since Aug. 15 and has been wanted since.
