Spanish Fork man arrested after police say he struck, killed motorcyclist
A Spanish Fork man was arrested Wednesday after police said he struck and killed a motorcycle driver with his truck. Rafael Alvis, 55, was booked into the Utah County Jail and is being investigated for automobile homicide and driving under the influence. Spanish Fork police first reported Wednesday that the collision occurred around 3:36 p.m. at the 600 East and 300 South intersection.
