Tyler Robinson will return to court Friday after an exchange of filings between the defense and the state related to the preliminary hearing scheduled for May 18, 19 and 21. Robinson was ordered Tuesday by Judge Tony F. Graf to appear via Webex for a hearing at 3 p.m. Friday in Provo's 4th District Court. Graf has yet to rule on the defense's March 27 motion to postpone the preliminary hearing, which cites the large amount of evidence and the time needed to review it.
