Man killed by police during sexual assault investigation in Eagle Mountain
A man was shot and killed by police during the course of a sexual assault investigation Monday in Eagle Mountain, the Utah County Sheriff's Office announced. According a report, Utah County SWAT officers were deployed to a suspect’s residence after a search warrant was obtained to respond to an investigation of alleged rape and kidnapping. When the SWAT team entered the home, police said they encountered the suspect armed with a handgun.
