UVU to cancel classes on one-year anniversary of Charlie Kirk's killing
Utah Valley University will not hold classes on Sept. 10, the one-year anniversary of Charlie Kirk's killing on campus, the school told students in an email last week. Kirk, a political activist, was speaking at a Turning Point USA event in an outdoor courtyard on campus in front of thousands of students when he was shot on Sept. 10, 2025.
