Provo singer Aaliyah Rose enjoyed a great run on NBC’s “The Voice” — but that run officially came to an end on Monday night.

Making it all the way to the first round of the live playoffs on the hit singing competition was a great feat for the 14-year-old vocalist, and Rose made the most of her opportunity. She performed The Pretenders’ “Brass in Pocket,” and turned it into a protest song against cyber bullying.

Following her performance, Rose’s former coach, Gwen Stefani, called the Provo singer a “phenomenon of cuteness.” Rose’s then-current coach Blake Shelton remarked that it was Rose’s best performance to date on the show.

Only three singers from each of the four coaches’ teams advance to the next round’s top 12. For Rose’s Team Blake, Lauren Dusky and Aliyah Moulden were selected to move on via fan voting. Shelton then used his lone choice to advance artist TSoul.

Starting at $4.32/week.
