Charges filed against juvenile suspect in deaths of mother, half-brother in Saratoga Springs
Charges were filed against a 16-year-old boy suspected of shooting his mother and half-brother inside their Saratoga Springs home last year. The suspect, whose name the Daily Herald chose not to release, was charged with two counts of aggravated murder, both first-degree felonies, and one count of obstruction of justice in a criminal investigation, a second-degree felony. The Utah County Attorney's Office said it intends to try the boy in adult district court.
