ARREST -- A Spanish Fork man was arrested on charges of child abuse and domestic violence on Tuesday. According to court records, Spanish Fork police arrested Dennis Berry at 6:45 p.m. on charges of second-degree felony child abuse, third-degree felony domestic violence in the presence of a child and third-degree felony domestic violence aggravated assault in the presence of a child. Berry reportedly scratched his girlfriend with a screwdriver and squeezed his son's neck, according to court records. Berry has been ordered to have no contact with his girlfriend or son. His bail was set at $20,000.
